1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date of purchase.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. Additional countries may be added periodically.

International Shipping Details:

  • Delivery: 10-20 business days

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for:
    ✓ Customs duties
    ✓ Import taxes
    ✓ Any additional fees imposed by your country

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier and service level are chosen based on your location and shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipping

  • For tracking issues, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  • We are not responsible for carrier tracking delays or inaccuracies

6. Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order

  • We cannot modify addresses after an order is placed

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited shipping methods

7. Multiple Item Orders

  • Items may ship from different locations (our print-on-demand partners)

  • You may receive multiple packages

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number

  • All tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email

8. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery is attempted and fails (e.g., no one available to sign, incorrect address), the carrier will typically:

  1. Leave a notice with pickup instructions

  2. Attempt redelivery (usually 1-2 more times)

  3. Return to sender after multiple failed attempts

If your package shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Look around your property (porch, garage, mailbox)

  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered prematurely)

  4. Contact your local post office/carrier location with tracking number

  5. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@lovelyinspires.com

9. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus original shipping costs. If you'd like the order reshipped, you will need to place a new order and pay shipping again.

10. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance (international)

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Acts outside our control

During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

11. Rush/Expedited Shipping

Need your order faster? Select Priority Shipping at checkout. For urgent needs, contact us before ordering at info@lovelyinspires.com to confirm we can meet your timeframe.

12. Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We gladly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time (typically 2-4 weeks).

13. Holiday Shipping Schedule

During major holidays, we post updated shipping deadlines on our website and social media. Generally, order by these dates for holiday delivery:

  • Christmas: December 10th (Standard) | December 18th (Priority)

  • Thanksgiving: November 15th

  • Mother's Day: 10 days before the holiday

  • Valentine's Day: February 5th

14. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you never received the package:

  1. File a claim with the carrier first (we can provide assistance)

  2. Contact your local police department if you suspect theft

  3. Email us at info@lovelyinspires.com with details
    We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
