Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your Lovely Inspires purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Original packaging included when possible

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items damaged due to wear or improper care

  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank/credit card company

3. Exchanges

We currently exchange items for a different size only. If you need a different size:

  1. Email us at info@lovelyinspires.com with your order number

  2. We'll provide instructions and a prepaid return label if the exchange is due to our error

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the new size at no additional cost

For exchanges to a different product/design: Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lovelyinspires.com

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage/defect

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately upon receipt of the returned item (or issue a refund if preferred)

5. Return Process

Step 1: Email info@lovelyinspires.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization

  • Return address

  • Instructions

Step 4: Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

6. Sale Items

Sale items may be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs/duties fees

  • Ensuring the package is properly declared for return

Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.

8. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any item

  • Will be issued via email as a unique code
